Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is seeking a full-time, permanent Rental Operations Coordinator to join our Grande Prairie team. You will manage daily rental operations, inventory records, and customer service to ensure timely equipment availability and accurate data.

Key responsibilities include coordinating mobilization and returns, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Shop staff, and maintaining documentation in line with quality standards; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
• 3–5 years rental operations, inventory, or logistics coordination experience.
• Experience with wellhead equipment or oilfield rental operations preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Teams; ERP/SAP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rental operations for timely availability, prep, shipment, tracking and return of equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, serialized asset tracking, and utilization data.
• Support customers by coordinating rental requirements with high level of service.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, Service and Shop personnel.
• Coordinate mobilization, demobilization and transfers of rental equipment to locations.
• Liaise with production and shop staff regarding repair, assembly, testing and readiness.
• Coordinate equipment returns and route for repair, recertification, or inventory.
• Support cycle counts, annual inventories and reconciliation.
• Generate reports on utilization, inventory levels, movements, and customer needs.
• Assist forecasting equipment demand based on activity and trends.

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Rental Operations Coordinator to work with our team at our Grande Prairie branch.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily rental operations to ensure timely availability, preparation, shipment, tracking, and return of rental equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, serialized asset tracking, and equipment utilization data to support operational and business objectives.
• Support internal and external customers by coordinating rental equipment requirements while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, Service, and Shop Personnel to ensure efficient execution of rental orders and equipment movements.
• Coordinate mobilization, demobilization and transfers of rental equipment to customer locations and AMS branches.
• Liaise with Production Supervisors, Lead Hands, and Shop Personnel regarding equipment repair, assembly, testing, inspection, and readiness for deployment.
• Coordinate equipment returns and ensure assets are inspected, documented, and routed for repair, recertification, or inventory as required.
• Support cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Generate reports related to rental utilization, inventory levels, equipment movements, customer requirements, and asset performance.
• Assist with forecasting equipment demand based on customer activity, market trends, and historical utilization data.
• Maintain rental documentation and records in accordance with Stream-Flo quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental, regulations or policies
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in rental operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, customer service, or a related function.
• Previous experience with wellhead equipment, frac equipment, pressure control equipment, or oilfield rental operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of high-pressure wellhead and pressure control equipment would be considered an asset.
• Experience with inventory management, serialized asset tracking, and equipment utilization reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Working knowledge and experience with ERP systems and inventory management software such as SAP.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license.
