Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is seeking an AfterMarket (AMS) Field Supervisor for our Grande Prairie team on a 15/6 shift.

This permanent, full-time role oversees field support, site setup, service execution, and equipment supervision to ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining safety standards. You will coordinate operations across Stream-Flo product lines, drive HSE initiatives, train technicians, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ knowledge of wellhead products and service industry.
• Lead Hand and supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong ability to manage time, organize, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support field operations for AMS Grande Prairie.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
• Drive HSE initiatives and maintain safety policy compliance.
• Participate in customer presentations and promote services.
• Keep accurate records and report job summaries to management.
• Organize setup and teardown of services on location.
• Train Service Technicians and conduct competency evaluations.
• Create reports for Frac Business Development & Service Manager.

We are growing! We are looking for an AfterMarket (AMS) Field Supervisor to join our Grande Prairie team! This position is on a 15/6 shift schedule.

Key position functions include:

• In parallel to AfterMarket Services (AMS) Grande Prairie, coordinate and support all operations related to field support for Stream-Flo Industries product lines including site preparation, service execution, personnel, and equipment supervision.
• Provide quality service to clients by ensuring that customer is completely satisfied with services provided.
• Drive all HSE initiatives in the field along with maintaining compliance with company safety policies.
• Participate in customer presentations as required.
• Promote sales of services and product.
• Keep accurate records for reporting.
• Responsible for the execution of field services performed and to ensure that the job is conducted according to company procedures.
• Responsible for organizing/assisting in setting up and running all services on location, from set up to teardown.
• Assure all company equipment and property is maintained to company expectations.
• Perform training assessments for Service Technicians.
• Assist with competency evaluations of Service Technicians.
• Create and provide reports to Frac Business Development & Service Manager regarding job summary and asset / product deficiencies.
• Work closely with Frac Business Development & Service Manager and/or other Branch Managers / Service Supervisors in the area or territory work is being performed in.
• Follow all company policies and requirements of the Health and Safety Program.
• Perform other various duties as assigned.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Minimum of 8-10 years comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry. Lead Hand and supervisory skills an asset.
  Comprehensive knowledge of Stream-Flo equipment.
• Supervisor and customer management training.
• Valid Class 1, 3 or 5 driver’s license; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract.
• Strong technical aptitude, keen on learning new and existing technologies.
• Resourceful and able to work in a face-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
• Ability to lead and provide mentorship.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and provide good solutions.
• Ability to make sensible decisions for what is the best for the Company.
• Rotational work with a flexible attitude and ability to travel if called upon.
• The following types of experience are considered assets:
• Hydraulic and accumulator experience.
• H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid and CSO training.
• Previous experience using ball drop, isolation tool and/or frac related equipment.
• Previous frac support or watch experience.
• Folding or Stiff Boom Truck Crane - 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification an asset.
