BMG Suites is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time Property Managers. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for those looking to gain real-world experience in property management, hospitality, and short-term rentals — no prior experience is required.
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new Airbnb properties under the BMG Suites portfolio. You’ll be responsible for connecting with property owners, sharing the benefits of short-term rentals, and managing day-to-day operations of the properties you bring on. Training, resources, and startup support are all provided.
Responsibilities
Proactively connect with homeowners, landlords, and investors to introduce BMG Suites’ property management services
Educate property owners on the benefits of Airbnb and short-term rentals
Manage the onboarding process and set up listings on Airbnb under the BMG brand
Coordinate guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs
Work with cleaners and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property operations
Monitor listing performance and help maintain high guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the BMG team on pricing strategy, processes, and support tools
Qualifications
No prior property management experience required — full training is provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Interest in real estate, hospitality, or Airbnb-style rentals
Familiarity with digital platforms (Airbnb, email, calendar/scheduling tools)
Based in Edmonton or surrounding area with access to a smartphone and internet
Able to manage flexible, part-time hours and occasional site visits
