Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Dispatcher at the Deer Valley, AZ branch to coordinate same-day dispatching and logistics with customers and drivers, ensuring efficient fleet operations.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, morning shift with overtime eligibility. Pay ranges from $22.30 to $30.70 per hour, dependent on experience.

We provide uniforms and equipment rental at no charge, free safety glasses, generous holidays and vacation benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Dispatching and logistics experience is required.
• Familiarity with CAD systems and GPS tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are expected.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate same-day dispatching and logistics for the fleet.
• Utilize CAD systems and track assets and routes.
• Maintain intermediate GIS/GPS knowledge for routing.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Demonstrate multitasking, clear communication, and teamwork.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Pay Range: $22.30 - $30.70 per hour, Dependent on Experience
