Are you a driven candidate with solid experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are growing rapidly and looking for a Rental Damage Coordinator who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Acheson, Alberta location. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the administrative functions for the Rental business to ensure organizational goals are met.
  2. Effectively administer and review workflow of contracts, along with ancillary documents, on equipment for the Rental and Sales Departments to ensure clients timely receive and execute all necessary agreements with ancillary documents with damages listed out.
  3. Coordinate with Accounting on accounts to ensure accurate processing of rental and sales agreements that have damage claims.
  4. Coordinate the administrative processes and paperwork necessary to ensure timely resolution of issues related to rental damages.
  5. Professionally communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure rental and sales damage processes are effectively managed.
  6. Effectively communicate with various team members to coordinate any damages that are added to the sales and rental personnel.
  7. Process and review customer damage claims.
  8. Accurately analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
  9. Manage the rental damages information and report weekly data.
  10. Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
  3. 5 years of experience within the utility, heavy equipment, services, and/or dealerships.
  4. Rentalman experience
  5. M3 experience
  6. Record 360
  7. Zonar
  8. Sales Force
  9. Power BI
  10. Smart Sheets
  11. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  12. Experience assessing teams and individuals using established frameworks and processes, identifying developmental opportunities, crafting effective interventions, and carrying them out successfully.
  13. Ability to have difficult but constructive conversations with leaders.
