YWCA Toronto is seeking a full-time Rent Receivables/Administrative Assistant to support the Housing Administration team. The role involves managing rent collection and processing for tenants, ensuring efficient operations within their permanent housing programs. Salary: $44,665 annually (L3) with comprehensive benefits

Contract Period: July 2, 2025 to August 7, 2026

The Rent Receivables/Administrative Assistant supports the Housing Administration team by handling rent collection and processing for tenants in YWCA Toronto's permanent housing programs.
We offer housing options for women and gender diverse people, including support services related to tenancy rights, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and referrals. The Housing Administration manages intake, rent collection, RGI calculations, and eviction prevention.
Vacation restrictions apply during the first week of each month and at year-end.
A vulnerable sector police check is required. This position is unionized (CUPE Local 2189) and within the Bargaining Unit. Please indicate if you are an internal candidate; internal applicants are eligible for secondment.
