Job summary

PMI-SAC seeks anExperienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects. You will manage pre-construction through completion, coordinate trades, materials, and schedules, and maintain clear client communication for on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 1–3 years in renovation project management, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with SharePoint/Outlook/M365 and a valid license are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in renovation or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequencing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience working with trades, suppliers, and homeowners.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Outlook & M365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, materials, and schedules.
• Communicate with customers and provide regular project updates.
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and job progress.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally.
• Review scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work closely with office staff, estimators, and leadership team.
• Maintain organized project records using JobTread & SharePoint software.
• Ensure job sites remain safe, clean, and professional.
