  • Produce and package renewal materials, exhibits, rate summaries, advisor/client‑ready documents and renewal communication drafts in collaboration with the account executive/manager and underwriting.
  • Coordinate renewal package delivery and follow‑up activity with advisors/clients; maintain accurate renewal status, decisions, documentation and next steps in the appropriate systems.
  • Support account executives/managers and sales leaders in renewal negotiation by preparing options, comparing scenarios, summarizing risks/opportunities, responding to questions, running quick factors/pricing alternates, and contributing to dashboards/process improvements.
What You Bring:

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in group insurance, underwriting support, sales operations, account management support, financial analysis, reporting, or client/advisor service.
  • GBA, CEBS, LLQP or other group benefits/insurance industry education would be an asset.
  • Advanced Excel/reporting capability; experience with renewal calculations, loss ratio analysis, claims/premium data, ASO arrangements, rate action scenarios, Salesforce or other sales workflow tools; ability to package complex data into clear advisor/client‑ready renewal materials; strong negotiation support and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfort working with data, reports and business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
