Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for a Senior Research Nurse to lead renal-focused clinical research within the Glasgow Clinical Research Facility (GCRF). The role spans multiple sites and requires collaboration with investigators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality studies and compliance with governance and GCP guidelines.

The post involves coordinating study delivery, managing a caseload, and supporting a broad portfolio of CTIMPs and academic research

Qualifications

• Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Degree level education (or working towards) with CPD.
• Experience in renal settings preferred.
• Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical research study delivery, including recruitment, consent, treatment administration, education, monitoring and follow-up, with accurate data collection.
