Job summary

Industra Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead major water/wastewater and heavy civil projects across BC, including remote sites.

You will provide hands-on site leadership, coordinate trades, manage safety and quality, and ensure schedules are met while maintaining plant operations and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction with wastewater plant experience, Red Seal certification, and proven leadership to own complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience, especially in wastewater/WWTP projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex scopes, shutdowns, and tie-ins in active facilities.
• Strong leadership with capability to take on Superintendent responsibilities when needed.
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate trades and internal crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Support planning with short-term scheduling and lookahead planning.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality compliance across site teams.
• Liaise with client representatives and internal teams to resolve issues on site.
• Prepare and review site documentation and RFIs, using Procore.
• Ensure continuity of operations during absences and peak activity.
