Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, contractor position. You will evaluate AI-generated visuals across graphic design, video and UI/UX, and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Requires prior paid human-data experience for AI models and strong proficiency in tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva. Flexible scheduling and independent work in a remote setup are expected.

Qualifications

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related fields.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling or model evaluation.
Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing and overall user experience.
