Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a remote contractor basis to support a project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Qualified candidates have paid experience in AI human-data work, proficiency with Figma/Canva and Adobe tools, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven, paid experience in AI-human data work.
• Experience beyond using AI tools to create content.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
