  • Incorporate user experience and design thinking principles into the product development process.
  • Foster an agile and adaptive development environment, promoting rapid iteration and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product development, resilience, and operational activities.
  • Be a thought leader, contributing product information and technical updates for both internal and external audiences.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in people management or leading a team with a focus on people development.
  • Experience overseeing design with a solid understanding of user experience (UX) and its value in product design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills by communicating clearly and comprehensively to senior executives and technical teams.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining key product metrics to evaluate overall usage as well as the efficacy of features and workflows.
  • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic.

What we can offer:

  • 3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal days.
