What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Assess and translate client requests into actionable solutions
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot product stability inquiries or issues via phone or through a ticketing system
  3. Liaise with 3rd party vendors, end-users, and clients' IT departments
  4. Document configuration, enhancements, and testing notes for various projects
  5. Provide client training or assistance remotely or occasionally onsite

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 2-5+ years of experience in customer support or as a business analyst
  2. Proficiency in programming languages such as VFP, C#, ASP.NET, and Powershell
  3. Ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts
  4. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with Remote Desktop Services/RemoteApp
  2. Familiarity with remote access tools & techniques such as Webex, remote desktop, and VPN
  3. Oral or written communication skills in French
  4. Customer Service Training or Certification
  5. Experience in IT Support, Utility Billing, or financial applications
