What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Assess and translate client requests into actionable solutions within applications
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot product stability inquiries or issues via phone or ticketing system
  3. Liaise with 3rd party vendors, end-users, and client IT departments
  4. Document configuration, enhancement, and testing notes for various projects
  5. Provide client training or assistance both remotely and occasionally onsite

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 2-5+ years of experience in customer support or business analysis
  2. Proficiency in programming languages such as VFP, C#, ASP.NET, and Powershell
  3. Ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts
  4. College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with Remote Desktop Services/RemoteApp
  2. Oral or written communication skills in French
  3. Customer Service Training or Certification
  4. Experience in IT Support or Utility Billing applications
  5. Familiarity with Crystal Reports and understanding of cloud solutions
