What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and translate client requests into actionable solutions within applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot product stability inquiries or issues via phone or ticketing system
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors, end-users, and client IT departments
- Document configuration, enhancement, and testing notes for various projects
- Provide client training or assistance both remotely and occasionally onsite
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience in customer support or business analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VFP, C#, ASP.NET, and Powershell
- Ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts
- College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services/RemoteApp
- Oral or written communication skills in French
- Customer Service Training or Certification
- Experience in IT Support or Utility Billing applications
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports and understanding of cloud solutions
