Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java expertise with concurrency and scalable systems.
• Experience designing and defending system designs in reviews.
• Experience with regulated, cloud-native, high-availability environments.
• Exposure to payment processing, card issuing, or network integration.

Responsibilities

• Ship and refine production code across routing and processing stack.
• Lead reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Shape system design with EM and engineers for data model changes and failover strategy.
• Tackle mission-critical codebases and raise engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical direction at Staff level.
