Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of medical imaging algorithms and image reconstruction; independent research leadership.
• Strong foundations in numerical methods, inverse problems, optimization, statistics, and physics-based imaging.

• Define and lead strategic research programs in medical image reconstruction and quantitative imaging.
• Design, prototype and evaluate novel reconstruction algorithms and physics-based methods.
• Develop software prototypes to validate new concepts with methodological rigor.
