Varsity Tutors is expanding its Live Learning Platform with online Social Work tutors nationwide. As a tutor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students' academic success and understanding.

All from the comfort of your home. You’ll explain theories, assess learning needs, and prepare students for licensure exams using case vignettes and practice questions.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of social work theories and ethics.
• Ability to explain ecological systems theory and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and engaging teaching style.
• Experience explaining case conceptualization and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Explain social work concepts clearly and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
• Guide students through biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Prepare students for ASWB licensure examinations using practice questions.
• Connect theory to practice across mental health, child welfare, and community work.
