Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of social work theories, human behavior in the social environment, social welfare policy, clinical practice methods, and ethics.
• Ability to explain ecological systems theory, strengths-based practice, trauma-informed care, and NASW Code of Ethics for licensure prep.
• Experience linking theory to practice and preparing for field placements and licensure.
• Familiar with BSW and MSW curricula and ASWB exam preparation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to social work students.
• Use adaptive teaching methods, case vignettes, role-plays, and practice questions.
• Guide students through biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Support competency development for licensure and professional practice.
