Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Driver/General Helper to support remote site operations. You will transport personnel and materials, perform vehicle inspections, and assist with daily site activities to maintain safe, efficient operations at the camp, mine, or construction site.

The role requires autonomy, flexibility, and a strong safety mindset. You’ll contribute to a clean, secure, and productive work environment while adhering to site policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods).

• Experience driving in remote or industrial environments is an asset.
• Experience in remote settings or on industrial sites is preferred.
• Flexibility to work 14 days on/14 days off in remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport employees, visitors, and materials at remote sites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (pre- and post-use).
• Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and report issues.
• Comply with traffic laws and internal driving policies.
• Support on-site operations and general helper tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety and report incidents or hazards.
