Remote, our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on a complex multi-workstream, retail optimization program within the retail industry.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years in Program or Project Management
• Extensive experience leading complex multi-workstream initiatives
• Expertise in data-driven decision making and business process optimization
• Experience leading multiple projects with multiple intricacies
• Price optimization (pricing strategies, data-driven price model and analysis)
• Store Labour Management (workforce planning objectives, scheduling systems optimization of store labour)
• Procurement of Operational Goods (Negotiation of vendors, pricing terms and cost control measures)
• Payment terms optimization (negotiate payment terms to improve capital, review existing terms, track vendor compliance)

Nice to Haves:

• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs in retail or supply chain industries.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to support payment terms and procurement initiatives.
