Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success Applications to join the GTM Applications team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. Remote candidates across Canada are welcome.

You will lead and develop the CS Platforms team, own the post-sale platform stack including Salesforce Service Cloud and CS objects, and help shape AI-driven customer success and professional services tooling, while partnering with CS leaders and engineers to drive scalable

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leader who has run a platform or systems team.
• Experience building AI-first environments and deciding where AI agents add value.
• Ability to collaborate with CS leadership and engineering on health/workflows and PRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CS Platforms team.
