Job summary

Servus Credit Union is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Budget & Reporting to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will develop and maintain financial models, deliver insightful analysis, and prepare executive materials for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with Power Query.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, FP&A, accounting, audit, or related analtyical role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting: build assumptions, timelines, deadlines.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles with templates and reports.
• Maintain budgeting models and ensure data integrity.
• Perform payroll, benefits, and depreciation forecasting as needed.
• Deliver variance analysis and FP&A insights to leadership.
• Prepare Board materials and executive presentations with commentary.
• Provide KPI reporting and industry benchmarking insights.
