Job summary

Delta Growth Inc. in Canada seeks an intermediate to senior AIO/SEO specialist for a fully remote role. You will drive technical SEO, content strategy and topical authority across diverse clients, including large eCommerce sites and enterprises.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement recommendations and optimize performance. You will monitor metrics with Google Analytics and Search Console, build briefs, and deliver SEO reports while coordinating multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• Deep technical AIO/SEO knowledge with analytical skills.
• Experience executing technical AIO/SEO work with developers.
• Experience executing content strategies (non-blog related).
• Basic coding knowledge including HTML, JS, CSS.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Experience using a task management tool.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Technical AIO/SEO analysis, prioritization, and execution strategy.
• Develop AIO/SEO strategies grounded in user intent and topical authority.
• Build and maintain content briefs based on SERP analysis.
• Monitor organic traffic, conversions, rankings using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Turn performance data into actionable client insights.
• Apply entity mapping and topical authority concepts.
• Understand AIO/SEO content, entities, and schema for AI Overviews.
• Perform SEO execution including CMS updates and schema implementation.
• Create and present SEO reports showing trends and opportunities.
• Manage client communication and tasks across accounts.
• Work in a task management system and coordinate with stakeholders.
• No link building required; focus on consulting with outreach teams.
