Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, project management, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience managing multiple external client accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple internal departments or specialists.
• Strong professional written and spoken English.
• Experience leading client meetings via video conferencing.
• Experience using project management, CRM, or account management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with steady communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead recurring client meetings, project updates, and strategy conversations.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, feedback, and approvals across internal teams.
• Work with strategists across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, content, and website development.
• Translate strategy into clear action items for internal teams.
• Track project status and deadlines, address blockers.
• Ensure work aligns with contracted scope and services.
• Set and manage expectations with clients and teams.
• Document meeting notes and decisions accurately in systems.
• Identify risks and address client concerns early.
• Bring solutions to internal discussions beyond reporting problems.
