Job summary

Prime seeks a Scientific Director to lead strategic direction and high-quality scientific work across accounts, driving excellence and client partnerships.

You will build and mentor teams, ensure SOPs and QC, guide content development, and help grow the business with innovative approaches including AI and omnichannel strategies.

Candidate should have a PhD/MD/PharmD or MSc with extensive experience in medical communications and leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop scientific teams to deliver complex, high-quality scientific content.
• Ensure SOPs, QC standards, and scientific review practices are consistently applied, with ultimate responsibility for quality standards and sign-off.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping communication strategies and building long-term partnerships grounded in scientific credibility.
• Lead content development, guiding scientific messaging and data interpretation, ensuring consistency across outputs.
• Drive team performance, resource planning, and operational efficiency across accounts.

Responsibilities
