Ensure a Seamless Customer Experience - Help your team deliver consultative, solution-focused conversations to match customers with the right insurance products.

Collaborate with Leadership - Work closely with upper management to refine sales strategies and optimize processes.

  • Skills & Qualifications: Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience; prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Strong coaching & communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, adaptability & problem-solving skills, tech-savvy & comfortable with digital tools, strong organizational & time-management skills, and a passion for personal & professional growth. Insurance license is a plus but not required.
