In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect what matters most. Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.
