Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our financial services to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect new clients and generate leads through outreach (calls, emails, social media)
Identify client needs and offer tailored financial solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Keep accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
Provide exceptional customer support and service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
