Sales Representative – Web Design & SEO Services (Base + Commission)

What You'll Do :

  • Manage inbound leads and the full sales cycle (discovery, pitch, close)
  • Lead Zoom or phone consultations with prospects and present tailored solutions
  • Send quotes, follow up, and close new deals
  • Maintain and manage an organized pipeline through our CRM
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships
  • Report on weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., calls booked, deals closed, revenue generated)
  • Share market insights and help refine our offers and positioning

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of sales experience – ideally in digital or B2B services
  • Strong communication skills – fluent in English (written and spoken), French or Spanish bilingualism is a strong asset
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM systems, proposal tools, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills & detail-oriented – can manage multiple deals and follow-up sequences without missing a beat
  • Autonomous and self-motivated – A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and staying accountable
  • Proven closer – skilled at handling objections and turning interest into revenue.
  • Bonus : Experience selling websites, SEO, or working with home-service industries
  • Who This Role Is For :

    This isn’t a call center job. We’re looking for a confident sales rep / closer who understands the value of digital marketing and knows how to connect with hard-working business owners. You’ll have freedom and flexibility in how you manage your day, but we expect accountability, and results.

    Location :

    This is a remote-first position, however we do have an office you are able to work from if you choose to. You can work from anywhere as long as you’re responsive, professional, and hitting your targets.

    On est en pleine croissance et on cherche un(e) représentant(e) des ventes motivé(e) et axé(e) sur les résultats pour se joindre à notre équipe. Si t’es passionné(e) par le marketing numérique, que tu aimes conclure des ventes et aider les entreprises à grandir, on veut te rencontrer.

    Ce que tu feras :

  • Gérer les leads entrants et le cycle complet de vente (découverte, présentation, conclusion)
  • Animer des appels Zoom ou téléphoniques avec les prospects et proposer des solutions sur mesure
  • Envoyer des soumissions, faire les suivis et conclure de nouvelles ventes
  • Maintenir un pipeline bien organisé dans notre CRM
  • Chercher activement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires et bâtir des partenariats stratégiques
  • Faire le suivi des KPIs hebdomadaires et mensuels (ex. : appels bookés, ventes conclues, revenus générés)
  • Partager tes observations du marché pour améliorer nos offres et notre positionnement
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en vente – idéalement dans les services numériques ou B2B
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication – anglais parlé et écrit requis, le bilinguisme (français ou espagnol) est un atout important
  • À l’aise avec la technologie – CRM, outils de soumission, Zoom, Google Workspace
  • Très organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails – capable de gérer plusieurs ventes et suivis sans rien échapper
  • Autonome et motivé(e) – tu prends des initiatives et t’assumes tes responsabilités
  • Solide en clôture de ventes – tu sais répondre aux objections et transformer l’intérêt en revenus
  • Bonus : expérience en vente de sites Web, SEO ou dans l’industrie des services à domicile

    Ce n’est pas un job de centre d’appels. On cherche un(e) vrai(e) closer confiant(e) qui comprend la valeur du marketing numérique et sait connecter avec les entrepreneurs de terrain. Tu auras de la liberté et de la flexibilité dans ton horaire, mais on s’attend à ce que tu sois imputable et que tu livres des résultats.

    Rémunération :

    Salaire de base + commission

    Poste 100 % en télétravail, mais on a un bureau si tu préfères y travailler. Tu peux travailler de n’importe où tant que tu restes pro, réactif(ve) et que tu atteins tes objectifs.
