Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking a Life and Living Benefits Advisor to join our remote team in Canada. You will make inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and deliver presentations to union members and their families, selling life and health benefit solutions while building trusted relationships.

You will access provided leads, avoid cold calling, and work from home. Expect weekly training, compliance reporting, and strong earning potential with 50k-75k first year, and over 100k in subsequent

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and deliver presentations to members of unions and working families who request our services
• Service and sell life and health benefit solutions – including servicing new and existing policyholders
• Demonstrate and continue to develop expertise in understanding: Client needs in life, critical illness, disability, and group benefits
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
• Complete necessary compliance documentation and reports
• Participate in weekly training sessions

As a Life and Living Benefits Advisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and deliver presentations to members of unions and working families who request our services
• Service and sell life and health benefit solutions – including servicing new and existing policyholders
• Demonstrate and continue to develop expertise in understanding:
• Client needs in life, critical illness, disability, and group benefits
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
• Complete necessary compliance documentation and reports
• Participate in weekly training sessions
