Job summary

SP Data Digital is hiring a Bilingual Remote Sales Associate to connect with customers across Canada from home. You will guide prospects through fiber and satellite internet upgrades, using a consultative approach to uncover needs and close opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers $22.00 CAD/hour plus uncapped commissions, company equipment, paid training, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand both English and French fluently.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Outbound call center or inside sales experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not supported).
• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to new customers.
• Recommend fiber and satellite internet service upgrades.
• Identify customer needs using a consultative sales approach.
• Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale.
• Meet quality, productivity and sales goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
