What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual property and liability risk assessments using Loss Control 360 and other tools
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through virtual platforms
- Implement and recommend loss prevention strategies to enhance client safety
- Assist in the creation of loss management strategies and self-assessment tools
- Support the development of remote risk assessment tools like Desk Reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education or equivalent industry-specific experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Property and Liability insurance industry
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Exceptional communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of risk and insurance management principles, including knowledge of Canadian building/fire codes and NFPA standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CRM designation (completed or in progress) or equivalent training/professional background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Power BI
- Strong data analytics skills
- Experience with LC360
