Responsibilities

• Develop and document literature search strategies, including keywords and search terms.
• Conduct structured searches of academic databases and maintain search logs.
• Search for, organize, and manage relevant peer-reviewed literature.
• Screen articles using inclusion/exclusion criteria and maintain screening records.
• Create an annotated bibliography of relevant literature.
• Use data extraction templates to record key information from studies.
• Code extracted information and prepare themes across leadership, recruitment, and performance management.
• Contribute to literature synthesis reports identifying findings and gaps.
• Assist with conference presentation materials and research summaries.
