The Senior Director, Valuations & Advisory Services, is a senior-level position and is responsible for overseeing and leading a team of professionals who provide valuation and advisory services to respective clients. The Senior Director plays a crucial role in client engagement and business development. They work closely with clients to understand their specific valuation needs and provide tailored solutions. This involves maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and actively participating in business development activities. The Senior Director also oversees and manages multiple valuation and advisory projects simultaneously. They ensure that projects are properly resourced, deadlines are met, and deliverables meet client expectations. Well-versed in various valuation methodologies, the Senior Director provides expertise and guidance when applying a proven understanding of the principles of valuation. Responsible for the valuation of all property types within the commercial real estate industry, the Senior Director, requires excellent working knowledge of the programs and tools common to the valuation industry which involves analyzing market trends, conducting financial analyses, and assessing risk factors.
100% commission based.
