Job summary

WCG International Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to oversee a network of service providers, with regular travel to Peel and York regions. The role focuses on performance improvement, governance and quality of service for participants.

You’ll support providers, manage contracts, and drive outcomes aligned with funder requirements while maintaining compliance with data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined progressive strategic leadership and contract management experience in the field of Employment Services.
• Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Flexibility and the ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a network of Service Providers, ensuring high service levels and meeting contractual minimum performance.
• Identify priorities for performance and quality improvement through reviews and action planning.
• Lead community engagement and integration with existing services.
• Provide support programs and forums to address provider capacity and best practices.
• Offer practical advice to maximize client service quality and performance opportunities.
• Maintain auditable records of contract management and ensure governance and audits compliance.
• Manage revenue, expenditures and maintain financial objectives.
• Collaborate with the WCG Operational Team to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies.
