Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and resource planning, vendor management, and delivery of team’s work
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to align with product vision
• Drive design deliverables for each product cycle and optimize design processes
• Manage design work items, scope, and requirements while forecasting design workloads
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure communication of actions captured

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in program management
• Experience working in a design environment
• Proficiency with modern project tracking software (Microsoft Office/M365 suite)
• Strong project management skills, including capacity tracking and prioritization
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
