Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring a Distribution Team Lead for a full-time opportunity in Belleville, ON. You will work closely with the Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure service levels are met while promoting a safe, productive work environment.

Responsibilities include guiding inbound/outbound activities, training staff, monitoring SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Previous team lead, lead hand, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, MRP, or other warehouse management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of distribution KPIs and warehouse performance metrics.
• Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Business is considered an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
