A leading IT services firm in Canada is looking for a mid-level Product Owner – Designer to contribute to HCM design projects. The role requires strong UX design skills and experience in Agile environments. You will work directly with a Lead Designer to produce effective user-centered designs, manage tasks in Jira, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of CA$106,000 to CA$133,000.

Qualifications

• Mid-level UX/Product Design experience in enterprise or HCM-focused products.
• Strong understanding of complex user flows and interaction design.
• Experience with design documentation for development handoff.

Responsibilities

• Support priority HCM design projects and UX activities.
• Execute design deliverables under Lead Designer direction.
• Produce design assets as needed within Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Development teams.
