Stripe is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to lead the design of the Money Management suite. You will create intuitive interfaces for crypto-enabled and fiat-to-stablecoin flows, ensuring a simple user experience across complex, cross-border tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Experience working with, and leading changes to, an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to co-lead with product and engineering decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
• Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences between fiat and stablecoins.
• Build workflows for launching coins, managing reserves, and tracking liquidity and rewards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with content design to craft experiences that deliver key information at the right time.
