Qualifications

• 5+ years of business experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager leading projects or business transformation initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with project planning, scope management, scheduling, risk and issue management, dependency management, change management, and project governance.
• Business Analysis experience with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation, including workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and building alignment across diverse groups.
• Experience leading business transformation projects requiring significant stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change, or externally facing deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and/or traditional project environments, including helping teams improve delivery practices and collaboration.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have worked in banking or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation projects from discovery and planning through implementation and close-out.
• Work with business leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery teams to define objectives, requirements, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and planning discussions to build alignment and support effective decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, governance, and status reporting.
• Manage project scope and changes, assess impacts, and provide recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and delivery partners to keep work moving, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities and dependencies.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change, and externally facing deliverables as part of business transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present project updates, risks, issues, options, recommendations, and decisions for sponsors, leadership, and governance groups.
• Work within Agile and hybrid delivery environments, supporting backlog and roadmap planning, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Help established teams improve delivery practices, collaboration, and ways of working.
