Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks a Physics Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to design challenging physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more for AI training.

You will develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions and evaluate AI-generated explanations for accuracy and coherence, collaborating with researchers to build benchmarks from undergraduate to Masters level physics.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving across advanced physics domains.
• Excellent written communication of complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging physics problems across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more.
• Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions with clear reasoning.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, coherence, and quality of explanation.
• Collaborate with researchers to build benchmarks from undergraduate to Masters level physics.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI models' scientific reasoning.
