Nova Scotia Health is seeking a Physician Recruitment Consultant to support recruitment of physicians across Nova Scotia. The role collaborates with Medical Affairs leadership to plan resources, manage credentialing, and engage with physicians, communities and government partners.

The incumbent will drive strategic recruitment activities, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and maintain strong relationships while working in a hybrid model and traveling across the province.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant and related field.
• Minimum 3 years recent and relevant recruitment experience.
• Recent and relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop collaborative recruitment and retention strategies across Nova Scotia Health.
• Lead privilege and credentialing processes and policy alignment.
• Build positive relationships with physicians, community and government partners.
