Job summary

Dialogue is Canada’s leading virtual care provider, delivering integrated health services remotely. We are seeking a physician to join our evenings and weekends team, offering telemedicine-based evaluation, management, and referral of patients through the Dialogue Care Platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physician.
• Active medical license to practice in Quebec.
• Appropriate malpractice insurance coverage.
• Available to work at least 8 hours per week in evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with digital tools and telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform to evaluate symptoms and provide treatment.
• Deliver high-quality care with timely medical advice and identify urgent symptoms.
• Create personalized care plans and coordinate with the interdisciplinary virtual team.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain detailed records in accordance with regulatory standards.
