Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Grande Prairie, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Generating leads
  2. Building relationships with potential and existing customers
  3. Closing sales over phone, email, and other digital channels

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach.

Shifts: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday

This is a temporary, full-time position with weekly pay, accurate and on time. Benefits include medical and dental coverage once qualified, free training programs, and support for account executives. Responsibilities also include processing new sales leads, creating reports, interpreting data, and possibly assisting with over-the-counter sales.

Proven experience in inside sales is advantageous. The candidate should have a goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
