Qualifications

• Advanced Subject Mastery: Windows navigation, File Explorer, Settings/Control Panel, web browsing, email setup, Office basics, printer setup, Windows security.
• Conceptual Teaching & Problem-Solving: Teach Windows navigation, file organization, basic apps.
• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with Windows training needs and common challenges.
• Effective Teaching Methods: Identify concepts learners struggle with and explain in multiple ways.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly teaching style.
• Adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
