Job summary

Felix Health is seeking a compassionate customer experience specialist to support patients through chat and email. You’ll ensure clients feel heard, get real answers, and leave interactions better off than they started.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners, guide onboarding with patience and clarity, and help improve how we support patients over time. Remote-first, Canada-wide, with benefits including health coverage and generous vacation.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, thriving in high-volume environments.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk or a related platform.
Telehealth or digital health background is a bonus.
Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and personalized support to Felix patients through chat and email.
Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to support patients across their healthcare journey.
Guide patients through onboarding with patience and clarity, answering questions on pricing, process, or product.
Work alongside AI tools with attention to detail and suggest improvements where AI answers fall short.
Serve as the voice of the patient, capturing learnings and sharing insights across Felix.
Spot patterns, flag gaps, and help improve how we support patients over time.
