We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new advertisers—reaching out to business owners, educating them about the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers.
  2. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  3. Leverage familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales, along with strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach.

What You Get

  • Jumpcrew X (Twitter) will pay for your certification, which takes approximately 7 days.
  • This gig is remote, allowing you to work from home.
  • Minimum commitment of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You may work additional hours if desired.

Performance Metrics

  • Activate at least 20 new business advertisers per month.
  • Generate an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

  • At least 2 years of validatable sales experience.
  • No active contracts with other gigs while working for JumpCrew X.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (criminal, credit, employment).
  • Ability to perform outbound sales, including sourcing new leads and conducting consultative selling to existing leads.
