Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape autonomous agents for real-time AI environments. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments.

You’ll work on end-to-end agent design, evaluation, and optimization, collaborating with top AI teams to improve LLM-driven orchestration and multi-turn interactions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend/AI integration, production-grade software experience, and a knack for precise feedback

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with coordinating multi-stage tasks and live tool integrations.
