Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours, allowing you to decide your own schedule while delivering production-ready components.

You will design and debug multi-step agent workflows, write eval rubrics, and stress test agent behavior across live environments. Collaboration with AI teams is encouraged.

Qualifications

2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
Experience in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and API integrations.
